£13m Nasri  on his way  20th June 2008

The French midfielder, playmaker for Marseille is on his way to Arsenal on a five year contract,subject to a medical.

Nasri had  made a deal  prior to Euro 2008.to come.

This is the second Arsenal signing of the season.
